Pursuant to section 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, a sewage drainage easement, subject to the terms and conditions as defined in paragraphs 4 and 5 of the Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1952, is acquired over the land described in the Schedule to this notice and is vested in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
