Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 19 April 2000, Realigning a Road, State Highway
No. 2, Rimutaka Hill Road, Wellington Land District, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 4 May 2000,
No. 46, page 1028 (as amended by a notice dated 17 May 2000, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 25 May 2000, No. 56, page 1219) by deleting clause (c) (i) and replacing it with the following clause:
"(i) The portion of road firstly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title
No 55A/550."
