Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 52, declares the land described in the First Schedule of this notice to be set apart for housing purposes and to remain vested in the Christchurch City Council.
(b) Pursuant to section 52, declares the land described in the Second Schedule of this notice to be set apart for a recreation reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and to remain vested in the Christchurch City Council.
(c) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Third Schedule of this notice is hereby acquired for a recreation reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and is vested in the Christchurch City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
