Manage a Reserve
Pursuant to Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy revokes the appointment of the East Takaka Hall Society Incorporated to control and manage the local purpose (community facility) reserve described in the Schedule.
