Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares that pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired
for road and shall vest in the Queenstown Lakes District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the
New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, when stopped, to be amalgamated with the land in C.T. 3C/493.
