Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Christchurch City Council on
9 August 2000.
"In exercise of the powers conferred on it by section
14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Christchurch City Council hereby resolves that the land held by the Council in fee simple for waterworks purposes, and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be and the same is declared to be a recreation reserve within the meaning of section 17 of the said Act."
