Rotorua District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Declares that, pursuant to section 20 (1) and to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for road and vested in Rotorua District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title
No. 19D/344, subject to mortgage H. 796999 on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette
