Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Auckland Conservancy hereby notifies that the following resolution concerning the parcels of land described in the Schedule hereto was passed by the Waitakere City Council at its meeting on the 15th day of December 1999.
"That pursuant to section 14 (1) of the Reserves Act 1977, the land vested in fee simple in the council and described as Allotments 15, Deposited Plan 7867; Lot 1, Deposited Plan 80484 and Lots 1, 3 and part Lot 4 on Deposited Plan 19247, be declared to be a reserve within the meaning of that Act and to be held for recreation purposes as specified in Section 17 of that Act."
