Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 52 (4), declares the portions of road described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and be set apart for drainage purposes and remain vested in the Waikato District Council.
(b) Pursuant to section 50 (1), declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be set apart for drainage purposes and vested in the Waikato District Council.
