Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule of this notice to be road, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and Section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, and to remain vested in the Christchurch City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule of this notice is hereby acquired for road and is vested in the Christchurch City Council on the date of publication hereof in the
New Zealand Gazette.
