Under section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation amends an error made in the notice classifying and naming the Tawaroa Point Scenic Reserve dated 27 June 1986 and published in the
New Zealand Gazette, 3 July 1986, No. 102, page 2834, by omitting from the notice the reference in the schedule to "part Section 2" and inserting in its place "Section 2".
