Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 11 August 2000, Acquiring Land for a Reserve, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 24 August 2000, No. 107, at page 2668, by substituting the words "Canterbury Regional Council" for the words "Environment Canterbury".
