Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3), and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the First Schedule to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 66A/896, subject to the encumbrances thereon.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 66A/897, subject to the encumbrances thereon.
(c) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Third Schedule to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 66A/898, subject to the encumbrances thereon.
(d) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Fourth Schedule to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 66A/899, subject to the encumbrances thereon.
(e) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Fifth Schedule to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 66A/900, subject to the encumbrances thereon.
