Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Northland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby cancels the vesting in the Far North District Council and further revokes the reservation over the local purpose (community centre) reserve described in the Schedule hereto.
