Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the City Manager of the Manukau City Council hereby authorises the exchange of the land described in Schedule A hereto (15R Arkely Drive, Pakuranga) for the land described in Schedule B hereto
(104 Bramley Drive, Pakuranga).
