Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, declares:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the South Waikato District Council.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 23B/692, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 086782.2.
(c) Pursuant to section 116 and 117, the portion of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 26C/315, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 550909.3.
(d) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, the portion of road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 61D/274, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 424667.3.
(e) The land described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice to be taken under section 119 and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 26C/315, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 550909.3.
(f) The land described in the Sixth Schedule to this notice to be taken under section 119 and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 61D/274, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 424667.3.
