Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 1 November 1973, "Declaring Land Taken for Electricity Works in Block IV, Maungaku Survey District, Block XIII, Karangahape Survey District, Block I, Pukawa Survey District, and Blocks I and II, Puketi Survey District, Taumarunui County", published in the New Zealand Gazette of 8 November 1973, No. 102, at page 2304, by deleting the words "containing 17 acres, 2 roods, 15 perches" in the first line of the First Schedule and replacing them with "containing 17 acres, 2 roods, 9.76 perches".
