Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 25 July 2000, vesting land and easements, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 27 July 2000,
No. 84, page 2045, by adding the following words to the end of clause 2 of the Second Schedule:
The servient land for this easement is defined in the Third Schedule.
