Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 42 (3), declares the land described in the Schedule is not required for defence purposes and shall be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.
(b) Pursuant to section 9A of the Foreshore and Seabed Endowment Revesting Act 1991, declares the land described in the Schedule is subject to the provisions of that Act and remain vested in the Crown and administered by the Minister of Conservation.
