Pursuant to sections 117 (3) and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to be added to the land contained in certificate of title 11B/596 (Nelson Registry) and further declares that this land shall vest in the owner of that land.
