Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to sections 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the land described in the First Schedule to be added to the land contained in certificate of title 10C/561 (Nelson Registry) and further declares that this land shall vest in the owner of that land.
(b) Pursuant to sections 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the land described in the Second Schedule to be added to the land contained in certificate of title 10C/560 (Nelson Registry) and further declares that this land shall vest in the owner of that land.
(c) Pursuant to sections 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the land described in the Third Schedule to be added to the land contained in certificate of title 10A/562 (Nelson Registry) and further declares that this land shall vest in the owner of that land.
