Pursuant to section 116 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the road described in the Schedule hereto, to be stopped and, pursuant to section 42 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, be declared Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
