Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart for scenic reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and to remain vested in the Christchurch City Council.
