Webber Road
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Rodney District Council.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 105B/611, subject to memorandum of mortgage C. 290544.5.
(c) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 103D/584.
(d) Declares the land described firstly and secondly in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be taken under section 119 (1) and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 105B/611, subject to memorandum of mortgage C. 290544.5 and further declares the land thirdly described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be taken under section 119 (1) and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 103D/584.
