Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purposes of hui, huimate and religious activities, to be known as the Taiharuru 4B Maori Reservation for the common use and benefit of Te Waiariki me Ngati Korora Hapu within the rohe of Ngapuhi-nui-tonu.

Part of the land situated in Block I, Taiharuru Survey District and described as follows:
