Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, declares that the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for road and shall vest in the Waikato District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, declares that the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be taken for the purposes of a road and vested in the Waikato District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(c) Pursuant to Part VIII, sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 69B/880.
(d) Pursuant to Part VIII, sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 45B/647.
