Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portions of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and when stopped, areas "A" and "C" shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of
title 3B/1090, subject to mortgage No. 938480.2 and encumbrance 843168/2, and areas "B" and "D" shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 296/247 Ltd, subject to mortgage No. 938480.2 and encumbrance 843168/2.
