Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Community Relations Manager for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby notifies that the following resolution concerning the land described in the Schedule hereto, was passed by the Rodney District Council at its meeting on the 16th day of December 1999:
"That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Rodney District Council hereby resolves that the land described in the Schedule hereto and held by the council in fee simple, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act.''
