Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, declares the road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, further, declares that:
(a) The area firstly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 13B/408, subject to mortgage 385976.2.
(b) The area secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 13B/409, subject to mortgage 399214.19.
