Pursuant to sections 116 and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, Wellington, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped and remain vested in the Palmerston North City Council in fee simple on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
