A Proclamation
Pursuant to section 320 of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, and in accordance with a recommendation made by the Maori Land Court to the Minister of Transport, I, The Right Honourable Sir Michael Hardie Boys, the Governor-General of New Zealand, declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be road.

All those pieces of roadway being parts Rangitoto Tuhua 52F Block, containing 1.2600 hectares and 8260 square metres, and shown marked "A" and "B" respectively on S.O. Plan 58848.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 11th day of August 2000.
