Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3) of the
Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, together with part Section 12, Horahora Settlement, and both now known as Section 1, S.O. 37482, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 67C/841, subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991.
