Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 8 December 1999 Realigning a Road, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 16 December 1999, No. 193, at page 4620, by:
(a) deleting paragraph (b) (i) and substituting it with the following:
(i) (a) The land firstly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 125C/12, subject to mortgage D. 473971.3;
(i) (b) The land secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 125C/8, subject to mortgage D. 083619.2
(i) (c) The lands fourthly, seventhly and tenthly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 125C/7, subject to mortgage D. 083619.2
(i) (d) The land sixthly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 125C/10, subject to mortgage D. 083619.2
(b) deleting the following areas from the First Schedule:
