Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 52 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to be set apart for use in connection with a road and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, pursuant to agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is acquired for use in connection with a road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
