A Proclamation
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, I, The Right Honourable Sir Michael Hardie Boys, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be taken for road and to be vested in the Crown on the 14th day after the date of publication of this proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.

807 metres, being Section 20, Block XII, Town of Dacre, being all of certificate of title 62/31; shown marked "C" and "D" on S.O. 12315.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 1st day of August 2000.
