Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a

Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a landing place and scenic reserve for the common use and benefit of the owners of Te Whaiti Nui A Toi and their descendants.

All that piece of land situated in Blocks II and VI, Ahikereru Survey District containing 529.9000 ha and Block VI, Ahikereru Survey District, containing 607.9000 ha, more or less, and described as follows:
