Pursuant to section 24E (1) of the Conservation Act 1987, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Auckland Conservator of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation authorises the exchanges of the marginal strip described in the First Schedule for the strip of land in the Second Schedule, which shall thereafter be deemed to be reserved as marginal strip pursuant to section 24E (3) of the Act.

Second Schedule
9.3077 hectares, more or less, being Te Koroto Island,
M.L. Plan 1455, all certificate of title 2107/53, limited as to parcels.
Both situated in Block III, Waiwera Survey District.
