Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 14D/636, subject to the encumbrances thereon.
