Pursuant to section 256 (9) of the Ngai Tahu Claims Settlement Act 1998, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator, Canterbury Conservancy, hereby gives notice that a nohoanga entitlement has been created and granted to Te Runanga o Ngai Tahu on the
19th day of October 1999, over the land described in the Schedule to this notice.

Site 7, Lake McGregor/Whakarukumoana, adjacent to
Lake McGregor. 5000 square metres approximately, being part Section 13, S.O. 18830. Part New Zealand Gazette 1996, page 4759. Subject to survey, as shown on Allocation Plan MN471 (S.O. 19884).
