Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule of this notice to be limited access
road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit
New Zealand Act 1989, has become road, limited access road and State highway and shall remain vested in the Crown.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3), declares the road described in the Second Schedule of this notice to be stopped and further declares that the stopped road shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 11B/746 (Nelson Registry).

Second Schedule
5150 square metres, being Section 1, S.O. Plan 15645.
