Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby revokes the notice dated 10 September 1999, acquiring land for road realignment and road to be stopped published in the
New Zealand Gazette of 14 October 1999, No. 150, at page 3597.
