Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portions of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and:
(a) The land firstly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 19B/974, subject to mortgage No. A. 312332.6 and mortgage No. A. 312332.7.
(b) The land secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 20F/79, subject to mortgage No. A. 312332.6 and mortgage No. A. 312332.7.
