Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a marae for the common use and benefit of Te Warahoe hapu.

Part of that piece of land situated in Blocks III, IV, Rangitaiki Lower VII, VIII, XI, XII, XV, XVI, Rangitaiki Upper and VII, Whakatane Survey District and described as follows:

2.728 Part of the land known as Omataroa Rangitaiki No. 2 containing a total area of 7773.0010 ha, more or less, situated in Blocks III, IV, Rangitaiki Lower VII, VIII, XI, XII, XV, XVI, Rangitaiki Upper and VII, Whakatane Survey District and being all of the land contained on an amalgamation order of the Maori Land Court dated 26 October 1983.
