Pursuant to section 117 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of stopped road described in the Schedule to this notice shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 61A/606 in the name of Alexander Paul Atkinson, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 481907.15 and B. 558270.1.
