Pursuant to sections 116, 117 (3) and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, declares the road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped, vested in the owners of the adjoining land contained in certificate of title 55C/778 and amalgamated with the land in that title, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 422092.2.
