Road Realignment-Te Waerenga Road,

Rotorua District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1) and to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is taken for road and vested in the Rotorua District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second, Third and Fourth Schedules to this notice to be stopped and:
(i) The land described in the Second Schedule shall
be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 28A/1037, subject to mortgage No. B. 455506.1;
(ii) The land described in the Third Schedule shall
be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 19D/348, subject to mortgage No. B. 127237.2;
(iii) The land described in the Fourth Schedule shall
be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 62C/996, subject to mortgage No. B. 010592.4
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
