Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, East Coast/Hawke's Bay Conservancy, classifies the reserve described in Schedule 1 as a local purpose (cemetery) reserve and vests the reserve in the Tararua District Council in trust for that purpose, and classifies the reserve described in Schedule 2 as a recreation reserve.
