Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Dunedin City Council hereby notifies that the following resolution concerning the land described in the Schedule hereto, was passed at a meeting on the 6th day of March 2000:
"Under section 24A (1) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Dunedin City Council hereby changes the classification of the Reserve shown in the Schedule hereto, from local purpose reserve (utility) to local purpose reserve (road) subject to the provisions of the said Act."
