Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 (3) (b) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and declared Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.
