Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Nelson City Council notifies that on the 29th day of June 2000, it resolved, pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, that the land held by the council in fee simple, and described in the Schedule, be declared to be a recreation reserve.
